How we got here.
NextLevel started inside an insurance agency. The CRM came first — built to solve the team's own daily friction, never planned as a business. But the agents around it saw it, wanted it, and within three months a hundred of them were running their books on it.
Once the CRM was working, the next gaps showed up. Lead sources agents couldn't control. Content that didn't sound like theirs. Systems that didn't scale. So we kept building. Ad management came next, then content, then custom systems for agencies. Every addition has answered the same question: how do we make insurance agents more successful?
That's still the only question that runs the place.
