Sean Holm is a strategic operator, systems builder, and entrepreneur with deep experience in single family home acquisitions, agency growth, and marketing automation. Over the past decade, he has transacted over $1 billion in real estate acquisitions, leading underwriting across large-scale residential deals with an institutional-grade approach to modeling, diligence, and operational execution.

After transitioning out of real estate, Sean applied that same level of rigor and strategic thinking to the insurance industry — where he has since helped hundreds of life and health agents grow their businesses through marketing systems, lead generation, and automation. He is also a trusted partner to agency managers and uplines, building scalable tech and onboarding systems to streamline agent productivity and performance.

A 10-year Army National Guard veteran, Sean brings military-level discipline, leadership, and accountability to everything he builds. He holds an MBA and is the founder of NextLevel CRM, a SaaS platform powering insurance agents and agencies nationwide.

As CEO of NextLevel CRM, Sean's mission is simple: help agents and agencies get noticed, win more clients, and scale with the kind of marketing and automation systems that were once only available to large companies.

Amir Zamani is a systems-driven entrepreneur, operator, and strategist with deep expertise in finance, digital marketing, and automation. His career began in the non-profit real estate sector, where he spent four years in a data-intensive role focused on building internal systems and automating operations to improve efficiency and scalability.

After transitioning to the private sector, he went on to acquire and dispose of over 2,000 single-family homes with one of the largest REITs in America — combining financial discipline with operational precision. With a Bachelor's in Finance and an MBA, he has built a career grounded in data, structure, and measurable growth.

Today, as COO of NextLevel CRM, he helps insurance agents and agencies across the country grow their revenue through advanced digital marketing, automation, and technology solutions. His work centers on building systems that remove friction, amplify results, and unlock the full potential of modern business operations.

A lifelong investor and systems thinker, his mission is simple: help entrepreneurs scale smarter, operate more efficiently, and achieve sustainable success through the power of technology.

Jazmin Carranza is an Argentina-born creative leader with over a decade of experience in design and digital marketing. She holds a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield, England, and has spent her career translating strategy into visual systems that actually perform.

At NextLevel, she leads the visual identity across every client-facing surface — from ad creative and landing pages to brand assets and content production. Her background spans brand strategy, motion design, and digital marketing execution.

She supports the team across creative, content, and marketing — the person behind the work that makes everything look as good as it runs.

Our story

How we got here.

NextLevel started inside an insurance agency. The CRM came first — built to solve the team's own daily friction, never planned as a business. But the agents around it saw it, wanted it, and within three months a hundred of them were running their businesses on it.

Once the CRM was working, the next gaps showed up. Lead sources agents couldn't control. Content that didn't sound like theirs. Systems that didn't scale. So we kept building. Ad management came next, then content, then custom systems for agencies. Every addition has answered the same question: how do we make insurance agents more successful?

That's still the only question that runs the place.
